Job summary

KY Talent in Dubai is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships across luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands. You will manage a busy calendar of creative projects, events and activations, ensuring top-tier delivery and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on project management, clear briefs to creative/production teams, and the ability to balance multiple streams while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of account management experience in an agency setting.
• Experience with luxury, beauty and/or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong involvement in events, experiential projects and activations.
• Able to lead client conversations and translate feedback into briefs.
• Detail-oriented with solid budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for the client and manage brand priorities.
• Oversee multiple projects, timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to move work forward.
• Support the account team during busy periods and keep projects organised.
