Clear Engineering is partnering with a Data Centre Start-Up to scale their Talent Acquisition function globally from Dubai. We are recruiting a Senior/Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing, hiring across multiple verticals in projects and construction, and to shape the talent strategy.

You will engage with senior candidates up to C-Suite, manage and mentor the TA team, and ensure a seamless onboarding and positive candidate experience while negotiating competitive packages to attract top

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Construction, Engineering or Real Estate recruitment.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Senior level recruitment experience with strong market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Play a key part in global talent acquisitions strategy
• Engaging with Senior level candidates up to C-Suite, ensuring suitability and managing them through the recruitment process
• Hire across multiple verticals within projects and construction
• Negotiation of compensation and packages to attract top talent
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through to integration into the organisation
• Manage seamless onboarding processes to ensure candidates transition smoothly into their roles.
