Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Manager to oversee daily treasury activities, asset reconciliation, and fund management across multiple entities in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure accurate, secure, and compliant asset processing while supporting business growth and product development.

You will establish reporting, monitor liquidity, and drive process optimizations, working with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to scale operations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in treasury operations, financial operations, or asset management.
• Experience handling multi-account structures and cross-border fund movements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-currency funds in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations and asset reconciliation across entities.
• Manage fund movements, transfers, and balances with strong controls.
• Design SOPs, risk frameworks, and security standards for treasury processes.
• Collaborate with product, finance, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Support new business launches and system enhancements.
