Job summary

Parker Connect seeks an experienced Sales Operations Leader to design and govern end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics across GCC and EU. You will drive consolidated visibility of orders, stock, installation needs and delivery capacity, coordinating between Sales, Production and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's in business administration, operations, or supply chain.
• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Order Fulfilment, Logistics or Customer Operations.
• Experience in international cross-functional environments; furniture/interiors industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and continuously improve Sales Operations processes.
• Maintain consolidated oversight of orders, stock requirements, project orders and planned goods movements.
• Act as the main Sales Operations interface between Sales and Production.
• Monitor production status, expected goods availability, shipment requirements and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate operational priorities and elevate delays, risks and capacity constraints.
• Lead operational forecasting for production requirements, shipments and installation capacity.
• Build and manage a team responsible for transport coordination, import/export administration, delivery and installation planning.
• Coordinate national and international goods movements, including intercompany movements between Europe and the UAE.
