Job summary

Bateel International in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Coordinator - International (for Jomara brand) to support the export sales team. The role focuses on coordinating export operations, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely communication with international clients.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will liaise with production planning, logistics, and finance to guarantee smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries across markets, while

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, export operations, or commercial administration.
• Experience coordinating export orders, documentation, and logistics processes.
• Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing price lists and quotations for international clients.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for Proforma Invoices (PI) and collect necessary approvals.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments to support timely processing.
• Track order status and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, logistics, finance and warehouse to ensure smooth export operations.
• Provide updates to international clients on order status, shipment progress, and schedules.
