Bybit is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to establish and oversee the risk management framework for its Abu Dhabi-based exchange and clearing operations under ADGM. You will provide independent risk oversight across market integrity, settlement, liquidity, and operational resilience.

You will lead governance, risk policies, and reporting to the Board and senior management, while liaising with regulators to ensure compliance and robust risk controls in a rapidly evolving digital asset

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in risk management within exchanges, clearing houses, capital markets, or virtual asset businesses.
• Strong understanding of ADGM regulatory requirements, including Market Infrastructure Rules and risk principles.
• Experience engaging with regulators, Boards, and senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain the risk management framework in accordance with FSRA Rules, FSMR, and MIR.
• Oversee risk governance across market, clearing and settlement, liquidity, collateral, and operational resilience.
• Monitor risk profile and ensure risks are managed within approved appetite.
• Oversee margin methodologies, collateral management, liquidity monitoring, stress testing, and default management.
• Provide independent risk oversight and challenge over exchange operations, clearing activities, and new products.
• Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and recovery planning to assess resilience.
• Prepare regular risk reports for the Board, Risk Committee, and senior management.
• Liaise with FSRA on risk matters, regulatory reviews, inspections, and supervisory engagements.
