Capital.com, a leading trading platform, is expanding its compliance team in the UAE. The role focuses on regulatory obligations under the UAE CMA regime, policy updates, and close collaboration with regulatory and business teams to ensure ongoing compliance across products such as securities, CFDs and FX.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulatory compliance, strong knowledge of UAE frameworks, and proven experience in submissions and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in regulated financial services.
• Knowing UAE CMA/DFSA frameworks is required.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and maintaining compliance calendars.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support daily regulatory compliance obligations under UAE CMA Category 1 licence.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain Regulatory Change Log.
• Maintain Regulatory Obligations Register and calendar; track licence conditions and deadlines.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, filings and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and update compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes.
• Support compliance monitoring reviews and remediation tracking.
• Provide guidance on activities involving securities dealing, brokerage, CFDs and spot FX.
• Review business changes for regulatory alignment and promotional materials for compliance.
• Assist CMA inspections and information requests with organized records.
