Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Direct UAE CMA/SCA experience with regulatory filings and licensing.
• Good understanding of brokerage operations, AML and sanctions requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor license conditions, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Write and update compliance policies, procedures and controls.
• Carry out compliance reviews and address gaps with relevant teams.
• Prepare regulatory returns, notifications and submissions; manage renewals.
• Act as primary CMA/SCA liaison and assist during inspections and audits.
• Review marketing content and client communications for compliance.
