Job summary

CMC Markets Middle East Limited seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the CO/MLRO in maintaining the compliance framework across UAE regulations and Group policies. The role covers advisory, monitoring, reporting and governance for professional clients.

The successful candidate will act as deputy for the MLRO, oversee onboarding and screening quality, and ensure timely DFSA notifications, with strong knowledge of DFSA conduct, AML, and financial crime controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ compliance experience within a DFSA-regulated or equivalent environment.
• Solid knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions and regulatory conduct rules.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, monitoring and promotions review.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical compliance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance and support the MLRO/CO on regulatory matters.
• Maintain compliance registers, breach records and onboarding oversight.
• Design and deliver monitoring, testing, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Review financial promotions for compliance and disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and interface with senior management.
