Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Executive – Quality Management System to lead the integration and ongoing improvement of QMS across our Dubai operations. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards, UAE regulations, and customer requirements while promoting safety, quality and operational excellence in a multi-site logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent degree in any field.
• 5–6 years in freight forwarding, transportation, delivery operations, field supervision, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervising field executives, delivery teams, transport vendors or customer-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE Management Systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Lead audits, manage corrective actions, and ensure policy documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses for operations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and regulatory liaison.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting (LTIFR, TRIR).
• Oversee multi-site safety across Dubai Head Office, Cargo Village, and JAFZA warehouses.
