Job summary

DEOW International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality systems in its UAE manufacturing operations. You will drive ISO 9001 QMS implementation, audits, NCR/RCA/CAPA processes, and continuous quality improvements while mentoring a high-performing QA/QC team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of QA/QC experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, with strong knowledge of ASTM/BS/EN standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred; strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, and EN standards; skilled in NCR, RCA, CAPA processes, and quality audits.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership and team development abilities; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage QA/QC inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes.
• Plan and lead internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and company procedures.
