Job summary

Jifmar Group in Dubai seeks a dedicated QHSE professional to strengthen quality, health, safety and environmental processes across the subsidiary network. The role emphasizes training, compliance, and continuous improvement of documentation and procedures.

The candidate will drive regulatory watch, manage non-conformities, and support management reviews and audit follow-ups in a dynamic maritime environment.

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness and train staff on the quality approach.
• Analyse non-conformities, define and recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of the subsidiary's documentation system (document control, change requests).
• Prepares management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).
• Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and follow‑up), and producing investigation reports where necessary.
• Follow‑up of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
• QHSE induction for new employees.
