Job summary

Emerson in Dubai is seeking a Global Project Pursuit Leader to drive winning strategies for its most strategic global projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary pursuit team with internal resources and world-area support, guiding proposal development, negotiations and project execution handoffs.

You are a high-energy, collaborative professional with a track record of winning large-scale capital projects and navigating complex multi-BU environments.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years sales & project wins track record with multi-discipline project knowledge.
• Experience selling and winning large multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work across diverse multi-BU and geographical teams.
• Travel extensively, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales pursuit plan and core team structure to win pursuits.
• Lead internal and external resources across world areas to win the project.
• Shape sales strategy, build relationships with end users, partners and contractors.
• Oversee pursuit lifecycle from proposal to contract negotiation and handoff.
• Improve project win ratio while maintaining premium pricing and customer value.
