Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Deployment Lead in Dubai to manage the rollout of Best of Breed applications for front office, DCR, and customer experience across International Operations zones. You will coordinate CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, ERP deployments and drive project governance with senior leaders.

You will also align stakeholders, manage risks, and lead UAT, cutover, and post-deployment adoption, enabling continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Experience coordinating global deployments across international zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the deployment project plan across multiple technology platforms.
• Coordinate with business leaders to align requirements and drive decisions.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and cutover activities to ensure smooth release.
• Drive adoption and post-deployment continuous improvement.
