Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project proposal writing or bid management.
• Experience leading a proposals team delivering successful proposals in response to RFPs and tenders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• Experience with RFPs, tenders and client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process to deliver winning bids.
• Direct a team to produce timely, competitive proposals.
• Align proposal priorities with Regional Sales and key stakeholders.
• Analyze RFPs to understand requirements and evaluation criteria.
