Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate government stakeholders, industry partners, and suppliers in delivering strategic space programs and sovereign capability development initiatives.

The role requires strong program management expertise, knowledge of space systems, and defense acquisition environments, with accountability for planning, governance, risk management, and customer satisfaction across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex aerospace/defense satellite or space programs.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder governance, schedules, budgets and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of space programs from initiation to handover.
• Establish governance structures, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and change control across programs.
• Lead executive reviews, governance boards and customer engagement activities.
