Job summary

Future Pipe Industries in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery from award to completion, safeguarding margin and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes for global EPC projects.

You will set global scheduling standards, drive O2C alignment with EPC partners, manage change and claims, and lead cross-functional teams across countries to protect project value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of relevant experience delivering Engineer-to-Order / EPC projects.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-site or multi-country delivery.
• Preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent; Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end project delivery strategy across the global portfolio.
• Own Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and interface with EPC contractors and clients.
• Manage change control and claims to protect project margin.
• Establish global scheduling standards and cadence for delivery.
• Coordinate with country operations, engineering and supply chain to align delivery and cash flow.
• Represent delivery performance to executive leadership and clients.
