Job summary

INSEAD in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Programme Coordinator to manage end-to-end event delivery for executive education programmes. You will coordinate onboarding, communications, vendor relations, and campus logistics, ensuring sessions run smoothly and assessments are administered accurately.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or events background, 4 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication, with willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or events management.
• 4 years of experience in events coordination or client-facing roles in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and Power BI/Business Objects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-programme preparation and participant onboarding.
• Manage programme communications regarding schedules, learning platforms, and logistics.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee service delivery.
• Liaise with faculty to secure pedagogical materials and requirements.
• Prepare virtual learning requirements and online sessions.
• Serve as primary contact for programme participants during delivery.
• Oversee on-campus examinations and coordinate venue planning.
• Coordinate post-programme academic administration, including grade verification.
• Oversee programme evaluations and drive high response rates.
• Lead programme closure activities including financial reconciliation.
