Job summary

MINDFREE Consulting | Insurance Talent Hub is seeking a senior Procurement and Logistics leader in Dubai to drive sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end movement and storage of goods. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and own both procurement and logistics pillars, including warehousing, transport, and compliance, with a path toward separate dedicated roles as volume warrants.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and team leadership to ensure cost

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related field.
Minimum five years in procurement, logistics or supply chain operations with leadership experience.
Experience across procurement and logistics, ideally in food and beverage or temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

Source and qualify suppliers to meet quality, cost and reliability standards.
Run purchasing and contracting to secure cost, capacity and continuity.
Lead warehousing, transport and distribution to meet service levels efficiently.
Manage import, customs and compliance across borders.
Build supplier resilience with dual sourcing and continuity plans.
Lead and develop the team to scale with the platform’s growth.
