Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is hiring a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for global and domestic logistics services. You will shape category strategies, drive TCO improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing a team and delivering cost savings.

The role emphasizes risk management, sustainability, and cross-functional collaboration with business units; experience with TMS/WMS and e-procurement platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills including MSAs and SLAs.
• Experience in global freight/3PL sourcing and contract management.
• Hands-on experience with TMS/WMS and e-procurement platforms like SAP Ariba or Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh logistics category strategies for transport, warehousing, last mile, customs, and 3PL/4PL.
• Lead S2C processes including market scans, RFI/RFP/eAuctions, evaluation and negotiations.
• Establish SRM governance with carriers, 3PLs/4PLs, and customs brokers.
• Maintain clean data (lanes, rate cards, surcharges) and contract repositories.
• Partner with IT to integrate TMS/WMS and e-procurement systems; enable automated KPI dashboards.
