Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for global and domestic logistics services. You will develop category strategies, manage tenders and contracts, and drive cost savings, service improvements, and sustainability initiatives across business units.

The role requires strong negotiation, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize network design and drive risk management in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience focused on logistics categories.
• Experience with RFx, eAuctions and contract management in global freight.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba or Coupa and TMS/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for logistics services.
• Develop category strategies to optimize total cost and service levels.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and SRM governance with carriers and 3PLs.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate systems and enable KPI dashboards.
• Drive CO2 reduction, sustainability and cross‑functional collaboration.
