Job summary

Hitachi Energy L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program. The program offers rotations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR, with hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

You will assist in reports for senior management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive mentorship to develop leadership and technical skills for future leadership roles in the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
• Proactive attitude, initiative and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; willingness to relocate or travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation program across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and resolve challenges.
• Develop understanding of Hitachi's products, services, and culture.
• Receive mentorship from leaders and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Support PMO Manager in day-to-day management and governance of the project portfolio.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and ensure PMO processes and standards are followed.
• Identify high-risk or slow-moving projects and contribute to improvements and digital tooling.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve PMO processes and productivity.
