Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Serve as primary client and consultant contact; coordinate with internal teams and management.
• Provide guidance on design, construction and commissioning per standards and contracts.
• Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow, and oversee procurement and negotiations.
• Lead risk, quality, and contract management and report progress to stakeholders.
