Job summary

Hitachi Energy invites ambitious individuals to join its Management Trainee program in Abu Dhabi. The rotation-based experience covers Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR, with hands-on work in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders, attend training sessions to sharpen leadership and technical skills, and contribute to PMO governance and AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership potential through academics or professional experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate or travel for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and address challenges.
• Develop understanding of Hitachi Energy's products, services, and culture.
• Receive mentorship from leaders and contribute to projects.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build leadership and technical skills.
• Support PMO Manager in day-to-day management and governance of the project portfolio.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs like revenue, OTD, and forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and digital tool adoption.
• Explore AI opportunities to enhance PMO processes and productivity.
