Qualifications

• Proven experience in payment processing / payments operations.
• Experience with PSPs and transaction monitoring.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML/CFT compliance.
• Strong Excel and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payment transactions with high accuracy.
• Investigate delayed, failed, or missing payments across systems.
• Coordinate with PSPs for seamless transaction flow.
• Maintain banking details database and track status.
• Record fund movements in CRM (deposits, withdrawals, refunds, bonuses, credits).
• Ensure AML/CFT compliance and support audit readiness.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, CRM to resolve queries.
