Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a MEA/T region focused Business Development manager for its Global Payments Network. The role drives cross-border payment solutions for ByteDance products and services, enabling rapid growth on a global scale.

The role collaborates with regional teams and HQ to craft regional payment strategies and partnerships, navigating regulatory and market differences in Turkey, UAE, KSA and other GCC markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business professional in payments/fintech.
• Experience in payments, e-money or wallet products or merchant processing.
• Strong strategic planning and hands-on execution with leadership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact point in the META region for channel partnership development.
• Develop regional payment strategies for growth, cost reduction and risk management in key markets including Turkey, UAE and other GCC countries.
• Ensure excellent communication and internal coordination to roll out new services and enhance partnership.
• Work closely with regional teams to understand local needs and proactively work on solutions to support business growth.
• Liaise with HQ teams for commercial strategy, product development, risk management and other initiatives.
• Conduct regular industry analysis and Business Intelligence research.
