Job summary

CXM in Dubai is seeking a results‑driven Chief Operating Officer to launch and scale a cryptocurrency exchange remotely, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all functions.

You will build a compact, high‑performing operations team, define a licensing roadmap, establish fiat on/off‑ramps, and drive growth with a clear UVP, partner networks, and a world‑class back office.

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational planning aligned with company goals.
• Deep understanding of crypto ecosystem, IBs, KOLs, and fiat/crypto flows.
• Familiarity with global licensing, risk frameworks, and crypto exchange controls.
• Proven track record leading lean, high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and govern core tech stacks (KYC, fraud prevention, CS).
• Experience mapping customer journeys and optimizing UX across digital platforms.
• Ability to design KPIs and BI dashboards for exec and board reporting.
• Experience MVP launches and validating product-market fit.
• Ability to specify business requirements for CRM, client portals, and back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish internal operational policies and partner standards for scalable execution.
• Recruit, structure, and lead a sales team focused on IBs/KOLs.
• Build a compact marketing team for events, affiliate programs, and performance marketing.
• Identify PSPs to support fiat on/off ramps in key markets.
• Set up and operationalize a customer support function with training and certification.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan and execution roadmap.
• Lead MVP rollout, user testing, and validate product-market fit.
• Establish tech infrastructure for fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management.
• Define KPIs for processes and implement BI dashboards for reporting.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys to optimize retention and conversions.
