Job summary

Baker Hughes in Dubai seeks a Services Team Leader to act as the DECT SME and global technical authority for wireline and Sondex operations. You will drive execution standards, operational excellence, and competency development across the organization.

This role combines deep technical expertise with field credibility and leadership, supporting global operations, developing field personnel capability, and ensuring consistent delivery standards in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• Experience in field operations.
• Experience with Sondex tools and wireline service execution (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as DECT SME for wireline and Sondex operations.
• Provide technical leadership to field teams and operational leaders.
• Support global operations on critical jobs, complex environments, or high‑risk activities.
• Lead and deliver operations training programs for Service Specialists and Field Engineers.
• Drive standardization of best practices across regions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives: lessons learned, failure analysis and feedback loops.
• Act as technical escalation point for complex operational challenges.
• Coordinate with maintenance, equipment and service delivery teams.
