Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT to join our on-site team supporting customers in Abu Dhabi. You will lead installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment, working closely with clients to ensure safety and quality on site.

You will start with an Initial Training Program and then travel up to 70% (including offshore facilities) to deliver technical direction, update documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
• Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
• Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
• Properly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings.
