Job summary

AECOM in Dubai is seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of mobilization for international projects. You will lead strategies, coordinate resources, and ensure timely deployment of personnel, equipment and materials.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with extensive mobilization or project coordination experience, including work on international projects, and strong logistics, stakeholder management, and UAE labour-law awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in mobilization or project coordination roles.
• Experience in international contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Manage logistics for personnel, equipment and materials; ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for mobilization challenges.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and government agencies to start projects smoothly.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep mobilization on track.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies.
