AECOM MIDDLE EAST LIMITED DUBAI BRANCH is seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator in Dubai to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project mobilization for international projects. The role requires developing strategies, coordinating resources, and managing logistics to ensure timely deployment on sites.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven mobilization experience, and strong communication, organizational, and regulatory knowledge to navigate UAE labor laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in mobilization or project coordination roles.
• Experience managing international projects and complex mobilizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mobilization strategies for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Manage logistics for personnel, equipment and materials to project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans for mobilization challenges.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and government agencies to initiate projects.
• Monitor mobilization progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout mobilization.
