Job summary

AECOM is seeking a UAE National with a Family Book to support project management activities in Dubai. The role involves coordinating resources, assisting a Project Manager, and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and quality while mentoring junior staff.

Under Emiratisation and UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals will be considered. The position offers on-site work in Dubai with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure and transportation projects within a global, industry-leading team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience coordinating construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including risk identification, resource coordination, and issue analysis.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff is advantageous.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more less complex projects or project phases under supervision.
• Coordinate resources and support decision-making across project phases.
• Identify risks or opportunities and analyze issues to mitigate problems.
• Maintain documentation and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and support project management skills development.

Education
