Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a senior regulatory compliance professional to oversee marketing compliance across jurisdictions and guide regional teams on requirements and risk mitigation.

Applicants should have extensive experience in regulated marketing and be capable of translating complex rules into practical guidance, while leveraging AI to improve review workflows. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the Compliance leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising and financial promotion requirements in regulated industries.
• Multi-jurisdictional experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance.
• Experience using AI or emerging technology to improve research, review and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing, advertising, sponsorship, branding and promotional materials from a regulatory compliance perspective.
• Advise Marketing, BD and regional teams on applicable requirements, regulatory risks and mitigation measures.
• Interpret and apply marketing, advertising and financial promotion rules across relevant jurisdictions.
• Escalate matters to Legal, local Compliance Officers or external counsel when legal interpretation is required.
• Maintain marketing compliance frameworks, review protocols, internal guidance and regulatory trackers.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting marketing and promotional activities globally.
• Support the investigation and remediation of marketing-related compliance incidents.
• Deliver compliance training to Marketing and business teams.
• Prepare regular reporting on key risks, incidents and remediation actions.
• Support regulatory enquiries or engagements relating to marketing activities where required.
