Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to lead risk-based internal audits across regulatory compliance topics. You will plan, execute, and report on audits, evaluate controls, and strengthen Bybit's governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Based in Hong Kong with potential Abu Dhabi or Kuala Lumpur alignment, you will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams, deliver data-driven insights, and provide practical remediation recommendations to regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in internal audit or compliance audit in financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, or regulatory compliance frameworks is desirable.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchange operations and blockchain analytics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct risk-based compliance and AML/CTF audits.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; document evidence.
• Draft audit issues with root-cause analyses and remediation.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit teams.
• Stay updated on global AML/CTF and crypto regulations.
