Job summary

2-TIMES is a luxury online retailer seeking a PR & Communications Manager to support global press and communications strategies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to communicate luxury launches and exclusive events to journalists and agencies.

You will build media relationships and create press content for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in PR within luxury fashion or multi-brand retail, strong English proficiency, and international

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PR experience with a luxury designer brand or multi-brand retailer.
• Proven credibility of International networks spanning fashion, arts & music industries.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin, Cantonese or French an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with local & International PR agencies – managing all photo and interview requests for executive/leadership team profiling, attending all agency calls, and assisting with day-to-day media and influencer relations
• Conducting multi-industry blog and social media research and outreach to develop target lists for events; and pitching and engaging media/influencers accordingly
• Leading planning & research for programming development, monitoring competitor news, participating in weekly brainstorms, and proactively suggesting new ideas to increase company awareness & resulting sales
• Managing coverage trackers, creating press clippings, and compiling weekly, monthly and annual press recaps
• Assisting with all logistics/planning for events including sample sourcing, branding, materials, staffing and setup
• Creating and maintaining International press kits for respective regional markets, including organisation of imagery and products, fact sheets, press releases, team bio’s, etc.
