As a HQ-focused leader, you will consolidate business performance, coordinate reporting and monitor KPIs, driving process improvements and consistency across concepts.

Qualifications

• Senior operations, business performance or excellence role within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial drivers.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Developing, documenting and implementing SOPs and processes.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and translate data to actions.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard reporting; BI tools advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between senior management and Operations Directors across the restaurant portfolio.
• Consolidate, review and analyze operational and financial reports for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, costs, spend, covers and budget performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, management presentations and updates.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts and drive action plans.
• Develop, standardize and implement SOPs across the business.
• Review processes to improve workflows, reporting structures and controls.
• Coordinate new procedures and initiatives across the portfolio with clear follow-up.
• Maintain oversight of projects and deadlines with Operations Directors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning with Finance.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance-tracking tools.
