Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking an Instant Service Centre Ambassador to welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous service across InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn & Suites and InterContinental Residences. You will handle guest requests, wake-up calls, and communications with several departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The successful candidate has at least one year in a luxury hotel or call centre, strong English skills (Arabic preferred), and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel, Call centre or any customer service-related role.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic language is preferred.
• Previous experience in Opera system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Understand hotel policies, procedures, service standards and facilities.
• Handle incoming calls for InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn & Suites and InterContinental Residences.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver Great Hotels Guests Love.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Take ownership of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage wake-up calls for multiple brands within the group.
• Log requests in QEMS and respond to emails promptly.
• Attend shift briefings and department meetings.
• Be proficient with operating systems to perform tasks efficiently.
