Job summary

Cheezee Global in Dubai seeks a dynamic Livestream Operations Manager fluent in Chinese and English to oversee daily YouTube livestreams for the Indian audience, plan topics, and drive performance across platforms.

You will train hosts, analyze sales and engagement data, set GMV targets, and collaborate with business operations to grow the crypto payments gateway across markets while offering growth opportunities in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Bilingual abilities in Chinese and English are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end livestreams on YouTube and other platforms for the Indian audience, including trend research, topic planning, pre-live prep, during-live execution, and post-live analysis.
• Develop livestream plans in collaboration with operations and hosts to ensure smooth execution and pacing.
• Analyze sales data and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement performance strategies.
• Provide training and support to hosts, including script structure writing and presentation skills development.
