Job summary

Ghobash Trading & Investment seeks an Investment Associate (International Listed Investments) to support the Portfolio Manager in managing a diversified global portfolio across equities, fixed income and alternatives. The role focuses on manager research, due diligence and fund selection, with investment memos and MIS reporting contributions.

Proficiency in Bloomberg, VBA and AI tools is essential; Morningstar and Addepar experience is advantageous. 4–7 years’ experience and CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
• CFA charterholder preferred.
• 4–7 years of investment experience in portfolio management or fund selection.
• Experience gained at a family office, multi-family office or asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio manager in fund selection and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos and due diligence assessments.
• Monitor performance, risk and sensitivity of holdings.
• Generate tactical trade ideas and allocation suggestions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual strategy notes and support MIS reporting.
