Job summary

Michael Page client is seeking a seasoned Head of HR Operations to lead end-to-end HR operations across several countries, ensuring consistency, compliance and service excellence. The role covers onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and separations, with a focus on UAE immigration, expatriate administration, and payroll coordination.

The successful candidate will manage HR governance, data integrity, and analytics while guiding HR systems and PRO resources across territories.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership in operations across multiple countries

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions and separations
• Drive governance, compliance, payroll, benefits and HR systems
• Manage employee master data, reporting and analytics
• Coordinate UAE immigration and expatriate workforce administration
• Support industrial/blue-collar workforce HR needs and relations
