You will translate business objectives into BRDs, RTMs, and use cases while coordinating with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and automation projects across core operational workflows.
• Drive key account roadmap execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance programs and certifications (ADHICS, SOC 2, ISO) to ensure organizational adherence.
• Implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process enhancements, to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases with defined success metrics.
• Facilitate structured requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify objectives, translate findings into BRDs/RTMs/use cases.
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure requirements translated into solution designs and roadmaps.
• Document project success criteria and KPIs aligned with outcomes and compliance.
• Conduct discovery and feasibility analyses for tech opportunities to support objectives and predictive analytics across markets.
• Collaborate with data teams to design intelligent automation that reduces manual work and improves compliance across workflows.
