Job summary

MedNet UAE FZ L.L.C. is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation and automation across core operational workflows, spanning integration initiatives and regulatory compliance programs (ADHICS, SOC2, ISO).

The role translates business objectives into solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across markets. You will manage BRDs, RTMs, and Use Cases, partner with IT and risk/compliance teams, and drive AI-enabled process enhancements to scale operations

Qualifications

Insurance industry PM experience and 4+ years.
Proven delivery in integrations, regulatory/compliance (ADHICS, SOC 2, ISO), process improvements, and portal enhancements.
Strong governance: scope/plan/critical path, risk/issue/change control, stakeholder communications; delivery to time/quality/cost.
Ability to partner with Risk/Compliance and Commercial; experience applying AI tools to PM deliverables.
Good knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, BRDs and process re-engineering.

Responsibilities

Digital transformation and automation projects across core operational workflows.
Key account roadmap execution and delivery, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.
Manage regulatory compliance programs and certifications (ADHICS, SOC2, ISO) to meet industry requirements.
Implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process enhancements, to drive efficiency and scalability.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases with defined success metrics.
Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate findings into BRDs, RTMs, and Use Cases.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams to translate requirements into solution design and roadmaps.
Define project success criteria, KPIs, and acceptance criteria aligned with outcomes and regulatory standards.
Conduct discovery and feasibility analyses to identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements and predictive analytics across multi-market operations.
