Job summary

Munich Re Group is hiring a Data Analyst to support the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. by performing data analysis, statistical evaluation, and root-cause analysis across business areas.

You will extract data from BI tools, develop reports and dashboards, and present insights for internal and client meetings. The role involves automating regulatory reports, consolidating data into a central hub, and creating triggering reports to monitor process updates.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, statistics, mathematics or informatics.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis; healthcare data analysis is a plus.
• Advanced Excel, Access and OBIEE skills; Tableau/Power BI and data modeling a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and R; advanced relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist all operational departments in extraction and analysis of data from BI tools.
• Discuss trends with business units and develop new reports to achieve targets.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal and external use.
• Interpret results and prepare presentations for business/client meetings.
• Develop regulatory reports in an automated way based on identified frequency.
• Handle tasks/projects assigned by the Department head.
• Consolidate data into a central repository and identify relationships.
• Develop triggering reports to help stakeholders review processes for updates.
