Job summary

NATS is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to build and lead the supply chain function for the Growth organisation. You will establish policies, processes and supplier relationships to support international expansion in a commercially sound and risk-managed way.

The role covers the full supplier lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and exit, and ensures downstream contracting aligns with upstream commitments while managing cost and risk.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior supply chain, procurement, or vendor management in a complex international environment.
• Proven track record across sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and exit of suppliers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating contracts and terms.
• Experience developing supply chain strategies, governance, and policy frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrix organisation with influence over outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier lifecycle from sourcing to exit.
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier base across geographies and service lines.
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to secure cost-effective arrangements.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost and mitigate risk.
