Job summary

Dynatos MRO is seeking an experienced Procurement, Strategic Sourcing & Business Development professional to optimize supplier networks and drive growth. You will manage RFQs, build a healthy sales pipeline, and coordinate cross-border logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role demands strong analytical and negotiation skills, plus a track record in cost optimization and supplier relationship management across regional or international markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or sales/business development.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven experience managing RFQs, tenders, RFPs, quotations, and customer negotiations.
• Experience in business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and strategic sourcing from RFQ to PO and delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Drive cost optimization, spend control, and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics and import/export requirements.
• Sales and business development: generate leads, reach out to customers, and build pipeline.
• Manage customer RFQs, quotations, negotiate terms, and convert to orders.
