Job summary

Humantra is seeking a Supply & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end warehouse and logistics in a fast-growing, international wellness brand. You will manage 3PL and carrier relationships, drive performance, and negotiate cost-efficient terms while building scalable processes to support rapid market entry.

From hands-on responsibilities to strategic design, you’ll collaborate with Procurement, Stock Planning, and Demand Planning, shaping the function as the company scales globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, logistics or 3PL management.
• Experience with consumer goods and D2C/e-commerce environments.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with fulfilment 3PLs and carriers across markets and drive performance.
• Negotiate rates, SLAs, and terms to optimize cost and service quality.
• Run regular reviews with partners, ensuring KPIs are met and improvements pursued.
• Onboard new 3PL/carrier partners to support market entry and scale.
