Job summary

NTS Group in Dubai seeks a visionary Chief Supply Chain Officer to design and lead the end-to-end global supply chain strategy across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and digital transformation. Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years at C-suite or executive level.
• Proven experience leading global or regional supply chains within manufacturing or diversified conglomerates.
• Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, production and end-to-end transformation.
• Demonstrated success driving digital supply chain initiatives and operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, change management and stakeholder influence.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; English fluency is also required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, production planning, manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
• Drive process optimisation, reliability and cost-efficiency across functions.
• Champion deployment of AI, automation and analytics to modernise operations.
