Job summary

• Demonstrated success driving digital supply chain initiatives and operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, change management and stakeholder influence.

The Role

The Chief Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for designing and executing the end-to-end global supply chain strategy overseeing procurement manufacturing operations planning logistics distribution and digital transformation.

As a key member of the Group Executive Committee you will lead large complex supply chain operations across multiple geographies and business units ensuring agility resilience sustainability and cost optimisation while enabling the groups ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the groups global growth objectives and long-term vision.

• End-to-End Oversight: Oversee procurement sourcing production planning manufacturing operations logistics and distribution across multiple regions and product lines.

• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement process optimisation and best-in-class practices across supply chain functions to enhance efficiency reliability and cost-effectiveness.

• Digital Transformation: Champion the deployment of advanced technologies including AI automation and predictive analytics to modernise supply chain operations and enable real-time decision-making.

• Risk & Resilience Management: Develop robust risk mitigation frameworks and ensure continuity of supply across global operations amid geopolitical regulatory and market complexities.

• Supplier & Partner Ecosystem: Build strategic partnerships and manage global supplier relationships to enhance quality innovation and sustainability across the value chain.

• Leadership & Talent Development: Lead inspire and develop a large-scale multi-national supply chain organisation fostering a culture of innovation accountability and high performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial finance operations and sustainability leaders to ensure supply chain strategies drive overall business success.
