Qualifications

• 12+ years in learning development or enablement.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience running technical or sales enablement.
• Experience in a high-growth, global company with multiple countries.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Bybit's global learning strategy.
• Design and deliver leadership development for managers and leaders.
• Own onboarding program globally for all offices.
• Run the learning platform (LMS) and content library.
• Partner with HRBPs on development plans and career paths.
• Measure learning impact on performance, retention, and readiness.
