Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build a single global learning engine for onboarding, leadership growth, and technical enablement across offices worldwide. You’ll design programs for engineers, sales, operations, and leaders, ensuring rapid time-to-productivity and strong business impact.

You’ll lead a global team, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with executives to scale learning as Bybit grows, embracing data-driven results and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in learning & development, talent development, or enablement, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record building company-wide L&D and onboarding programs from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience running technical enablement, sales enablement, or both.
• Experience in a high-growth, global company with employees in multiple countries.
• Strong program design skills, grounded in adult learning principles.
• Comfort using data to measure learning impact on business results.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, including with senior executives.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global learning strategy aligned to business priorities and values.
• Design leadership development for managers and leaders across regions.
• Create core skills programs: communication, feedback, coaching, decision-making.
• Own compliance training with Legal and Compliance.
• Run LMS and content library across live, digital, and on‑the‑job learning.
• Partner with HR on development plans, career paths, succession.
• Measure impact on performance, retention, and readiness.
